Characteristics of BL-TC handling and stacking robot

High production efficiency, wide handling range and space saving

It is widely used in: machine tool loading and unloading, automatic production line of punch, automatic assembly line, stacking and handling line, food packaging and other production lines.

1、 Product features:

1. Simple structure and few parts. Therefore, the failure rate of parts is low, the performance is reliable, the maintenance is simple, and the inventory of parts required is small.

2. Small floor area. It is conducive to the layout of the production line in the customer's workshop, and a large warehouse area can be reserved. The palletizing robot can be set in a narrow space for effective use.

3. Strong applicability. When the size, volume, shape of the customer's products and the overall dimensions of the pallet change, it is only necessary to make slight modifications on the touch screen, which will not affect the normal production of the customer. However, it is quite troublesome or even impossible to change the mechanical stacker.

4. Low energy consumption. Generally, the power of mechanical stacker is about 26KW, while that of stacking robot is about 5KW. The operation cost of customers is greatly reduced.

5. All controls can be operated on the screen of the control cabinet, which is very simple.

6. The teaching method is simple and easy to understand as long as the starting point and placement point are located.
