Working principle of vacuum spreader:

The vacuum suction cup is connected with the vacuum equipment (such as vacuum pump) through the air duct, and then contacts the workpiece to be lifted (such as glass, steel plate, etc.). Start the vacuum equipment to pump, so that negative air pressure is generated in the suction cup, so that after the workpiece to be lifted is firmly sucked, the workpiece to be lifted can be transported; When the workpiece to be lifted is transported to the destination, the negative air pressure in the vacuum sucker is changed into zero air pressure or slightly positive air pressure through the hand slide valve, and the vacuum sucker is separated from the workpiece to be lifted, thus completing the task of lifting and transporting the workpiece.

Performance description of vacuum spreader:

The one-way valve is used together with the accumulator to prevent accidental power failure of the lifting appliance during use, and to keep the workpiece in the adsorption state for 5 to 30 minutes without falling;

The audible and visual alarm system is to ensure that the display of the spreader pressure gauge is safe when the standard vacuum degree is above 60%;
