System features:

Main parts of equipment:

1. Vacuum blower: oil-free air cooled rotary vane vacuum pump, connected to 380V, can generate vacuum with three-phase power electricity, which is the core part of the vacuum system, with the highest vacuum degree of 85%; It is a dry oil-free air cooling type, characterized by high speed, large flow, etc., and can provide high vacuum; Spare parts or wearing parts: a. 2. Vacuum sucker: It is used to adsorb on the surface of the workpiece, and the rubber contacts the workpiece to ensure that the workpiece surface will not be damaged.

3. Lifting air pipe: it shrinks or stretches with the increase or decrease of vacuum pressure in it to achieve vertical displacement; Vacuum filter: used to filter impurities and particles on the surface of the workpiece or in the air to ensure the service life of the vacuum pump.
