Technical characteristics of BL-PC soft cable electric power assisted manipulator.

The equipment makes full use of the principles of pulley block/resistance arm lever doubling and dynamic balance to lift heavy objects, and combines non-standard customized fixtures to meet various transportation needs.

2. Fixture customization: 1) Grab type. 2) Inward expansion type. 3) Lift type. 4) Clamping turnover type. 5) The suction cup turns over. It is selected according to the workpiece and on-site environment to achieve the best use effect.

3. Installation structure; Ground fixed/ground moving/top fixed/track moving.

5. Joint rotation; The column shaft and clamp shaft can rotate 360 °, and the intermediate shaft can rotate 270 °.

9. Main components; The folding arm manipulator composed of two groups of rotary joints is driven up and down by the motor through the pulley block to pull the flexible steel wire rope. (Two rotary joints can be equipped with pneumatic brake.

10. Applicable scenarios; BL-PC is especially suitable for operations where the workpiece quality is relatively small, the center of gravity of the workpiece is perpendicular to the wire rope, or the center of gravity offset is very small, or where manual flexibility is required for workpiece positioning. After skilled operation, the operation cycle can be controlled at about 28s-60s (depending on the difficulty of grasping the workpiece), which can meet the requirements for high operation rhythm under small load capacity.

11. Application recommendation; Bags/cartons/buckets/spindles/bars/small parts/coil handling, flexible loading and unloading and other simple workpiece handling within 300Kg (to be used with non-standard customized fixtures).
